Description

Peter Lach-Newinsky’s lessness is a fun and fascinating chapbook of concrete poems that straddle graphic art and poetry and delight the reader with their polysemic playfulness, showing with absolute conviction, just how less can be so much more.

Peter Lach-Newinsky is the author of six published poetry books and three poetry chapbooks. He has won the Varuna-Picaro Publishing Prize; the Melbourne Poets Union International Poetry Prize, twice; the Vera Newsom Poetry Prize; and has been twice shortlisted in the Newcastle Poetry Prize. He runs a twenty-acre permaculture farm with 120 heritage apple varieties near Bundanoon, on Gundungurra country in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.  He blogs at memengineering (peterlachnewinsky.wordpress.com); his translations from the German can be found at Passing on the Flame (peterln.wordpress.com); and readings and meditative haiku videos can be found on his YouTube channel: youtube.com/@peterlach-newinsky2077.
